Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the study of human body movement. Our Kinesiologist will gather information from you in the first visit, and use that to build your unique program. Our goal is to optimize performance and prevent injury.
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractors are considered spine, muscle, and nervous system experts and have specialized training to provide effective treatment to promote health, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life. Chiropractors use hands on techniques to treat the bones, muscles, and joints that you use everyday.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Pelvic Floor Therapy is a speciality within the branch of physical and Occupational therapy that works to address pelvic floor dysfunctions with assessment and treatment. It can also be used to strengthen pelvic floor function and health in general patients.
WCB Claims
We have a contract with the Workers Compensation Board, or WCB, which provides disability and liability coverage for work-related injury and illness.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CLAIMS
Motor Vehicle Accident Claims (MVA) – It is important to seek medical advice as soon as practical following a motor vehicle accident. Please use 911 for an emergency. Following an MVA please contact your insurance company to start a claim. If you have seen a doctor, they may recommend physiotherapy, massage therapy or chiropractic care following an accident. You may still book an appointment without having seen a physician. Either way, it is important that your insurance company knows you are seeking treatment for personal injury in order to complete the required paperwork and to start your treatment as soon as possible.
Kinesiology Taping
Taping has been proven to have positive physiological effects on the skin, lymphatic and circulatory system, fascia, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. It can be used in conjunction with a multitude of other treatments and modalities and is effective during the rehabilitative and chronic phases on an injury as well as being used for preventative measures.
Myofascial Cupping
Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that involves the application of plastic, glass or silicone cups onto the area of concern. The cups are attached with a vacuum seal causing the skin to lift muscles, and blood to the surface. This technique stimulates circulation of blood, lymphatic drainage and detoxification within the body.
Graston Technique
This technique is an evidence based clinical treatment technique that involves the use of specially designed stainless steel instruments to break down scar tissue and adhesions in muscle. The technique has been proven to decrease treatment time, facilitate recovery time, decrease the need for anti-inflammatories, and resolve chronic conditions.

Functional Dry Needling
This technique involves inserting thin needles into irritable and tight muscles which creates a change in the muscle and surrounding connective tissue. The technique has also been shown to stimulate nerves that allow the body to release its own painkillers. Trigger point dry needling is often combined with additional physical therapy techniques and has been shown to address pain, and improve movement and overall function.
