1 / DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION TO ATTEND?

We are a private clinic, you do not need a prescription to book an appointment. However, if you have extended health care benefits, they may have a prescription requirement. It is always a good idea to contact your insurance company to ensure that you have everything you need to maximize your benefits.

2 / ARE YOU ABLE TO DIRECT BILL MY EXTENDED HEALTH CARE PLAN?

Yes. We direct bill to most insurance companies. Including:

3 / ARE YOU COVERED BY ALBERTA HEALTH CARE?

As a private clinic we are not covered by Alberta Health Care, but we do offer direct billing to extended health care plans. 

4 / HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?

Your first assessment usually takes about an hour. Follow-up appointments are approximately 30 minutes. 

5 / DO YOU HAVE A SENIORS RATE?

We offer a discounted rate for senior’s after the initial assessment. This rate applied to those 65 years of age or older.

6 / Do YOU have a wcb contract?

Yes we do! We offer treatment with physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and chiropractic care that are all covered under an approved WCB file.

7 / DO I NEED AN ULTRASOUND/XRAY BEFORE COMING?

If you have had any imaging we encourage you to bring them to your appointment but it isn’t necessary. your practitioner may ask to see these images. If you consent we will reach out to your physician.
